This Southeast Asia/Hong Kong Video CD Saturn is lightly yellowed, but not badly. I swapped in a 120V NTSC-U power supply to test the console and confirm that is works. (Included is the original 220-240V power supply, which I am unable to test, as I don’t have a step up converter on hand. Possibly open to offers/trades.)
