Surprising that you guys didn’t play Legend of Oasis, it’s easily one of the best games ever made.
I remember when the PS2 was already a thing, my brothers and friends found the game beautiful.
The elemental guardians are great additions to the gameplay and overall personality, soundtrack by Yuzo.
Just make sure you learn the moves and the best ways to get rid of enemies, as this is part of the enjoyment of the game as well.
An unsung classic, for sure.
