First of Capcom’s “vs.” series, X-Men vs. Street Fighter released in Japan in late 1997 to critical acclaim.

Utilizing the 4MB expansion cartridge, the game retains nearly all of the arcade animations as well as the crucial tag system — effectively allowing both players to switch out between two characters at will. Seventeen characters from both Street Fighter and the Marvel universe are present and ready for over-the-top, fluid 2D fighting action.

Those who loved X-Men: Children of the Atom and Marvel Super Heroes will love this, too.
