Project Deluge Preserves PlayStation 2, Dreamcast, and Xbox Prototypes in Second Round of Releases!

We reported back in April about Hidden Palace’s Project Deluge releasing several CD-i, PlayStation 1, and Saturn prototypes and early builds. Now they are back, dropping a TON of PlayStation 2, Dreamcast, and Xbox Prototypes & unreleased games!

Some of the highlights include:

Xbox: English translation of Dinosaur Hunting: Ushinawareta Daichi, Early Prototypes of Jet Set Radio Future, Crazy Taxi 3, Toe Jam & Earl 3, The Vatz, Made Man, and Hail to the Chimp.

Dreamcast: Debug version of Jet Grind Radio, early 4 Wheel Thunder called Offroad Thunder, and FMVs for a prototype of Deep Fighter. Most importantly, a model of Luigi in an early version of SEGA GT.

Better than Charlie Day? You tell me.

PlayStation 2: ATWINMON (An Artist Tool Monitor used as a graphic and sound previewer), and a Prototype for a Aliens: Earth Assault pitch.

Cool tech demo of the Aliens pitch. A bit hard to see, haha.

After the disappointing loss of the Neo Geo Pocket Colour prototypes, it’s happy to see at least another batch of undumped prototypes making it to the public in some shape or form!:

Hidden Palace made everyone know this isn’t even the tip of the iceberg for the project. We are certainly excited about that notion, and look forward to Project Deluge’s future releases!
