Courier Crisis #BestOfSaturn

SHIRO! SHOW Recap

Before there was Crazy Taxi, there was Courier Crisis. You’re a biker, picking up and delivering documents in various locales. Avoid cars and pedestrians and complete your deliveries in the labyrinthine urban jungle’s mean streets. With your earned cash, buy better bikes. Pretty fun!

Courier Crisis, developed by New Level Software and published by GT Interactive in all regions in late 1997.

In the Skid Row level, stray dogs chase you and cause damage. It’s possible to crash and lose a life.
Each level contains a few customers. In this case, there are two letters in the upper-center of the screen – meaning, two deliveries to complete the level.
Folks with a $ sign over their heads have documents that need a courier!

A Saturn fan since the beginning, Peter plays Saturn almost exclusively. For Peter, Saturn represents a moment in time where 2D games were at their best, 3D was just rising, and fascinating gaming 'firsts' were commonplace.  There are very few Saturn games that Peter cannot find some enjoyment in!

Always avoided stuff like this just because its not 2D, but I’ve heard a few times that this one is actually pretty damn good. Might look into hunting down a copy now to try it out.
