UPDATE: More diagrams were posted for creating a cable by, once again Mr^Burns:

Once again, the incredible Mr^Burns let us in on quite the unique project!
A group of people over at the Darius-Saturn forums have successfully put together a custom DIY Saturn Taisen Cable, and confirmed working using Daytona USA.

Peter recently covered the Taisen (Link) Cable in a previous article, talking about it’s limited, but amazing use for the console that could. Only supporting a handful of games officially, and partially implemented in other cases…

While it hasn’t gotten super expensive, it’s still a good way to document and preserve the design of said cable. Making sure that if it ever gets crazy expensive, it can be manufactured in the future.

If you’re interested in putting your own together, definitely check out Mr^Burn’s article, and let us know how you do!
